We want to share with you the confidence we have in the quality of our equipment. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair it free of charge. If it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it. If your gear fails due to wear and tear, accident or negligence, we will happily repair it for a reasonable cost. We carefully select the materials used in our products to provide a high level of all-round performance and a long lifetime. You can lengthen the life of your product by treating it with respect and by being aware of the naturally degrading forces of nature.

What does your warranty mean by "warranted for the life of the product?"
It is very difficult to measure the life of a product in months or years. At Cheerful sports we carefully select fabrics and components which will still provide weatherproofness and functionality after prolonged use. However, the life of a product will depend on how much and in what conditions the product is used.
